Categories of Eligibility

Capital Initiatives
Construction, renovations and enhancements are included in this category. Such initiatives must already have 50% of necessary funding committed.

Programmatic Funding
Priority is given to organizations providing programs and services in the following areas: human services, public benefit, health, education, environment, arts & culture. Such initiatives must already have 75% of necessary funding committed.

Organizational Effectiveness and Advancement
Funding is considered for initiatives that strengthen the performance of community organizations. Areas for consideration include: governance, leadership, strategy, program implementation, financial management, and fund development.

Partnerships for Community Enhancement
The Foundation encourages nonprofit organizations to establish programmatic partnerships in order to provide new vital services to the community. Funding consideration in this category is for new shared initiatives only.
