Apply Online
We encourage all prospective grantees to begin the application process online by
following the steps below:
Research the Foundation. This site offers useful information regarding the Foundation's eligibility requirements and funding priorities. In addition, our full guidelines and annual report are available for download in PDF format. You will need Acrobat Reader to view them.
Submit a Proposal Summary online, or download the PDF and submit it by regular mail. The Foundation requires a Proposal Summary in order to determine which proposals best fit our funding priorities. Upon acceptance of the Proposal Summary, an organization will be invited to submit a formal grant request.
Submit a Full Proposal (by invitation only).
Organizations receiving grants of over $10,000 will be required to file a Final Report with the Foundation within one year of the award, or at the conclusion of the program/project funded. The Final Report is subject to a three- month review period. Upon approval of this report and at the conclusion of the review period, a new proposal process may be initiated. Organizations will not be considered for future funding until the Final Report requirement has been met.
